In “Cesar Milian’s Leader of the Pack” (Nat Geo Wild, 10 p.m.), he advises the hopeful new dog owners along the way, but in the end chooses the one of three he thinks is best suitable, “Dating Game” style. To show how popular he’s become abroad, his candidates all come from the U.K., Italy and the Netherlands, giving he show the feel of an international import.
