WhiteCollarThe final season of “White Collar” (USA, 9 p.m.) begins with Matt Bomer’s Neal still out of circulation, so he tries to get Tim DeKay’s Peter to make a deal with the FBI. It’s accompanied by the season premiere of “Covert Affairs” (USA, 10 p.m.) with Piper Perabo’s Annie on her way to Istanbul.

The comedian Jeff Garlin, familiar from his roles on “The Goldbergs” and “Curb Your Enthusiasm” is guest programmer tonight on Turner Classic Movies, and his choices are all classic dramas: “Meet John Doe” (8 p.m.), “Bullitt” (10:15 p.m.), “The Third Man” (12:15 a.m.) and “Dodsworth” (2:15 a.m.). Both “Bad Judge” (NBC, 9 p.m.) and “A to Z” (NBC, 9:30 p.m.) have been cancelled, but we’ll at least get to see the 13 episodes of their initial orders.

A prom is planned on “Big Bang Theory” (CBS, 8 p.m.).

Homelessness is not funny, but to “Mom” (CBS, 8:30 p.m.) it’s a big laugh.

“Bones” (Fox, 9 p.m.) wanders into the immigration debate when a maid is found dead. Phyllis Logan (Mrs. Hughes of “Downton Abbey”) guest stars.

Nick Nolte has his gravelly-voiced moment on “Gracepoint” (Fox, 9 p.m.).

Masculine materials are used to create feminine designs on “Project Runway All Stars” (Lifetime, 9 p.m.), where Snooki and JWoww appear for some reason.

Amber proves to not be a great babysitter on “Parenthood” (NBC, 10 p.m.).

Ronny wants his family to share their feelings more on “The McCarthys” (CBS, 9:30 p.m.).

It’s Raphael Lunetta vs. Bobby Flay on “Beat Bobby Flay” (Food, 10 p.m.).

“The Vampire Diaries” (The CW, 8 p.m.) names its episode after a Morrissey song: “The More You Ignore Me, the Closer I Get.”

The game show and spinoff of “Pawn Stars” (History, 8 p.m.), spinoff, “Pawnography” (History, 10 p.m.) begins a new season, still enamored with its puns about the word porn.

It’s only part two of a three part reunion on “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” (Bravo, 9 p.m.), but when Teresa and Joe address their legal problems, the lawyers are probably weighing in as well, or at least help with throwing the table.

Thursday Night Football has Cleveland at Cincinnati (NFL, 8:25 p.m.). In NBA action, it’s San Antonio at Houston (TNT, 8 p.m.) and Dallas at Portland (TNT, 10:30 p.m.). In hockey, it’s New Jersey at St. Louis (ESPNU, 7:30 p.m.).
