FamelessTime for reality TV to take a good look at itself. It happens tonight in a variety of ways.

“America’s Got Talent” (NBC, 8 p.m.) marks its 10th anniversary with a look back at all of the winners and all the household names they clearly did not become.

“America’s Best Dance Crew: Road to the VMAs” (MTV, 11 p.m.) is a reboot of its old dance series, featuring past winners and runners-up back in the hunt for the title, with a judging crew that includes rapper T-Pain, Teyana Taylor and Frankie Grande, the flamboyant brother of Ariana Grande who appeared last summer on “Big Brother” (CBS, 8 p.m.).

A new series doesn’t look back so much on comment on the fact that regular people will do about anything to get on TV. David Spade, above, hosts “Fameless” (TruTV,10:30 p.m.), in which he lures volunteers into fake reality shows, pushing the boundaries further and further to see how far they’d go to be in such a show.

Two former stars of “The Bachelor” (and maybe the only ones who got married because of the show) try to parlay their brief fame into another prime time spot when Sean Lowe and Jason Mesnick switch places on “Celebrity Wife Swap” (ABC, 10 p.m.).

One of the old timers in reality TV, Nicole Richie, is back for the second season of the pretty much scripted reality comedy “Candidly Nicole” (VH1, 11 p.m.).

Along these lines, “Leah Remini: It’s All Relative” (TLC, 9:30 p.m.) has the former comic actress planning for her stepfather’s 72nd birthday.

Mo Rocca tries to learn cooking from the old people on the new “My Grandmother’s Ravioli” (Cooking Channel, 8 p.m.).

The invitational round continues on “Last Comic Standing” (NBC, 10 p.m.).

The Top 10 prepare meals for VIP tables on “MasterChef” (Fox, 8 p.m.).

Wonder when word will go out to the contestants that the losers each week win the house they’ve been renovating on “Home Free” (Fox, 9 p.m.).

Molly discovers Ethan’s alive on “Extant” (CBS, 10 p.m.).

“Key & Peele” (Comedy Central, 10 p.m.) announced this week that their current fifth season will be their last, so you better catch them now.

Robert Osborne picks the flicks tonight on Turner Classic Movies with “I Know Where I’m Going” (8 p.m.), “Separate Tables” (10 p.m.), “Bonjour Tritesse” (midnight), “Breathless” (2 a.m.) and “The Mouse That Roared” (3:45 a.m.).

Baseball today includes Colorado at Chicago (MLB, 2 p.m.) and Angels at Houston (ESPN, 8 p.m.).

The Special Olympics World Games (ESPN, 7 p.m.) begin in Los Angeles.

And in the MLS Soccer All-Star Game (Fox Sports 1, 9 p.m.) it’s the All-Stars vs. Tottenham.
