Then it was a garage rock blitz followed by a potpourri of rock old and newer. Gil Scott-Heron’s “Winter in America” led to a spate of reggae, topped by a couple more R&B songs and then a song I never got to play last week (because of an absence) about Valentine’s Day, from David Bowie.
