The task of drafting a constitution falls to two lawyers from opposing sides who learn quickly they have to work together for the good of the people.

The season’s best series “Better Call Saul” (AMC, 10 p.m.) with its striking cinematography and visual storytelling and comes to a second season close with big things expected from Mike and Howard as well as Bob Odenkirk’s irrepressible Jimmy. It’s followed by the last “Talking Saul” (AMC, 11 p.m.) of the season.

“Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” (The CW, 8 p.m.) ends its award-winning first season at a bit of a crossroads.

The season comes to an end, too, for “Supergirl” (CBS, 8 p.m.), trying to save the world before she goes.

Returning for its second season is the time-traveling “12 Monkeys” (Syfy, 9 p.m.).

With the elimination of Marla Maples, the truly annoying are being ousted first on “Dancing with the Stars” (ABC, 8 p.m.), though she was not the lowest in judges’ point totals. Maybe Doug Flutie or Jodie Sweetin will go this week. Maksim Chmerkovskiy will be guest judge.

The top 12 perform live on “The Voice” (NBC, 8 p.m.).

“Jane the Virgin” (The CW, 9 p.m.) looks for a new babysitter.

“Hotel Impossible” (Travel, 10 p.m.) now includes hostel restoration as well.

No such renovations are planned for the “Bates Motel” (A&E, 9 p.m.), where Norman faces his past.

The New Orleans season comes to a close on “Street Outlaws: Full Throttle” (Discovery, 8 p.m.).

The Monday night salute to the Barrymores on Turner Classic Movies continues with Ethel Barrymore in “None but the Lonely Heart” (8 p.m.), “The Spiral Staircase” (10 p.m.), “Pinky” (11:30 p.m.), “Kind Lady” (1:30 p.m.) and “The Red Danube” (3 a.m.).

Stanley Cup playoff games include Washington at Philadelphia (NBC Sports, 7 p.m.), Dallas at Minnesota (TNT, 8 p.m.) and Los Angeles at San Jose (NBC Sports, 10:30 p.m.).

NBA playoffs include Indiana at Toronto (NBA, 7 p.m.), Dallas at Oklahoma City (TNT, 8 p.m.) and Houston at Golden State (TNT, 10:30 p.m.).
