Marseille-trailerGerard Depardieu has the stature, at least, to play a mayor of a French city threatened by a former protege (Benoit Magimal) in Netflix’ first foreign language series. The eight episode “Marseille” (Netflix streaming) may be most interesting in what it portends for the booming international business of the streaming service.

It will be easier to find, at least, than the other major series premiering today on a lesser known streaming service. “Flowers” (Seeso, streaming) is a dark comedy about a children’s book author and his wife, a music teacher, played by the splendid Olivia Colman of “Broadchurch” and currently in “The Night Manager” and their odd household.

Rick Stevenon takes a page from “Seven and Up” to chronicle the children in his Seattle neighborhood over a period of 14 years in the six-part series “Milennials” (Ovation, 7 p.m.).

After creating New York-inspired collections at the World Trade Center, a finale comes for “Project Runway All Stars” (Lifetime, 9 p.m.), with Debra Messing sitting in as guest judge.

Amy gets her Oscar on a new “Inside Amy Schumer” (Comedy, 10 p.m.).

Richard Schiff guest stars on a new “Mom” (CBS, 9 p.m.) with Allison Janney, bringing to mind their days on “The West Wing.”

Red connects a woman to recent tragedies on “The Blacklist” (NBC, 9 p.m.).

“Gigolos” (Showtime, 11 p.m.) ends its sixth season and I bet you didn’t know it’s been on at all.

It’s Callie vs. Arizona in court on a new “Grey’s Anatomy” (ABC, 8 p.m.). On “Bones” (Fox, 8 p.m.) Brennan has to go to court too to testify about her assault on an unarmed person in a past case.

Christine Baranski visits as Leonard’s mother on “The Big Bang Theory” (CBS, 8 p.m.).

The season ends for “L.A. Clippers Dance Squad” (E!, 8 p.m.), which means no playoffs for them.

They capture Vandal Savage on “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow” (The CW, 8 p.m.). The question now is what to do with him.

A hostage situation gets out of control on “Archer” (FX, 10 p.m.).

The eliminated players get to return and try again on “Strong” (NBC, 8 p.m.). A memory game is the test on “American Grit” (Fox, 9 p.m.).

On “Orphan Black” (BBC America, 10 p.m.), Sarah allies with a former enemy.

Thanksgiving approaches on “60 Days In” (A&E, 9 p.m.). Can they get out now?

NBA all star Chris Paul is up against Snoop Dogg on tonight’s “Lip Sync Battle” (Spike, 10 p.m.).

City folks build their own world in a corner of Montana on the new “Building Off the Grid: Big Sky Ranch” (DIY, 10 p.m.).

A month-long, 24 film, Thursday night salute to American International Pictures on Turner Classic Movies begins with some films from the 1950s, “The Fast and the Furious” (8 p.m.), “The Beast with a Million Eyes” (9:30 p.m.), “A Bucket of Blood” (11 p.m.), “High School Hellcats” (12:15 a.m.), “The Ghost of Dragstrip Hollow” (1:45 a.m.), “Attack of the Puppet People” (3 a.m.) and “Tarzan and the Valley of Gold” (4:30 a.m.).

The Stanley Cup playoffs have Dallas at St. Louis (NBC Sports, 8 p.m.) and San Jose at Nashville (CNBC, 9 p.m.).
