RadioCPRStarted off with more Prince, dominated by a bootleg of a 1984 birthday show and one cut from one of his “HitNRun” albums from last year. Then moved to Santogold, who was playing in Silver Spring tonight (including music when she used to be Santigold).

The bulk of the night was dedicated to the recorded output of Janis Joplin, suggested by the PBS biography of her that ran this week. Then some stuff from a number of acts who played here recently and one who plays here next week, Chris Isaak. Closed out with Radiohead, who release a new album this weekend, and the Rolling Stones, who have a song about Kentucky Derby Day.
