RadioCPR2A packed night (that was also another trying one technologically) took note of the death last Saturday of Buckwheat Zydeco at 58, and the 81st birthday of Jerry Lee Lewis Thursday.

There was a big chunk of songs by John D. Loudermilk, the songwriter who died Sept. 21 at 82, who was behind songs from “Tobacco Road” to “Then You Can Tell Me Goodbye,” with nuggets like “Indian Reservation,” “Waterloo” and “Thou Shall Not Steal” in between.

Played some songs by acts who played here this week, from Billy Bragg and Joe Henry on their railroad tour, to Luna, Britta Phillips, the Buzzcocks  and the Bird and the Bee. Closed out with some new Ratatat.
