huntedA dark new reality show begins for a dark era: “Hunted” (CBS, 10 p.m.), in which nine teams of two try to evade investigators hunting them for 28 days. The prize is $250,000.

Which they historian Lucy Worsley does in “Secrets of the Six Wives” (PBS, 10 p.m., check local listings), looking at the troubled couplings from the women’s point of view. First u is Catherine of Aragon, Mary Boleyn and then her sister Anne Boleyn.

It caps a night on public television that includes another chapter of “Victoria” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings) and the returning domestic drama “Mercy Street” (PBS, 8 p.m., check local listings), back for season two.

It’s a big day in football, with Green Bay at Atlanta (Fox, 3 p.m.) in the NFC championship and Pittsburgh at New England (CBS, 6:30 p.m.) in the AFC. Winners go to the Super Bowl.

Carrie takes in the still-recovering Quinn as a roommate on “Homeland” (Showtime, 9 p.m.).

“The Librarians” (TNT, 8 p.m.) reaches its third season finale.

On “Mariah’s World” (E!, 9 p.m.), Mariah Carey ends her world tour, but sends the tape on ahead to do more dates.

“The Young Pope” (HBO, 9 p.m.) lights another cigarette.

After the chronicle of their South American tour, the Stones perform their historic March 2016 free show in Cuba in the concert  film “Havana Moon” (Starz, 9 p.m.).

On “The Affair” (Showtime, 10 p.m.), Helen travels to Montauk amid her identity crisis.

Phaedra and Kenya travel to Flint on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” (Bravo, 8 p.m.) but probably not to solve the water crisis.

“Extreme Waterparks” (Travel, 9 p.m.) are visited in Idaho and Ireland.

 “The Royals” (E!, 10 p.m.) are auctioned off during a charity weekend.

“The Pink Panther” (TCM, 8 p.m.) and its sequel “A Shot in the Dark” (TCM, 10 p.m.) both came out in 1964. Then comes the silent film “Calvin Salvation” (TCM, midnight) and Kurosawa’s “Red Beard” (TCM, 2 a.m.).

Men’s college basketball includes St. John’s at Seton Hall (Fox Sports 1, noon), Georgetown at Xavier (CBS, 2 p.m.), La Salle at VCU (NBC Sports, 2 p.m.), Central Florida at Memphis (CBS Sports, 4 p.m.), East Carolina at Connecticut (CBS Sports, 6 p.m.), Virginia Tech at Clemson (ESPNU, 6:30 p.m.) and Arizona State at Southern California (ESPNU, 8:30 p.m.).
