“Better Call Saul” (Fox, 10 p.m.) ends its stellar third season with a slightly longer than usual episode, causing “Talking Saul” (AMC, 11:16 p.m.) to start a quarter past the hour.

The new six-episode limited series “Loch Ness” (Acorn TV, streaming) has a lot of the same elements as the original “Broadchurch” — a body found mysteriously at the base of a cliff, a female detective who wants to get to the bottom of it, a town full of suspects. Laura Fraser, who played the black market kingpin in “Breaking Bad” (and recently resurfaced in “Better Call Saul”) is the detective; Siobhan Finneran (mean maid O’Brien on “Downton Abbey”) comes in from Glasgow to join her on the investigation. (There is no monster).

The two hour documentary “Kids Who Kill” (A&E, 9 p.m.) look at the youngest class of murderers.

Katy Perry comes clean with a doctor about a public self in “The Therapist” (Viceland, 10 p.m.), a one-hour excerpt from her recent 96 hours of live streaming that accompanied the release of her new album “Witness.”

A second episode of “America’s War on Drugs” (History, 9 p.m.) looks at the rise in cocaine.

The traveling starts on “The Bachelorette” (ABC, 8 p.m.), first to Hilton Head.

Los Angeles auditions continue on “So You Think You Can Dance” (Fox, 8 p.m.).

Monday Night Baseball has Cincinnati at Tampa Bay (MLB, 7 p.m.).
