On the two hour documentary “Rancher, Farmer, Fisherman” (Discovery, 9 p.m.) follows conservationists in each of those fields. It’s narrated by Tom Brokaw.

The second season “Queen of the South” (USA, 10 p.m.) comes to an end with a battle between Teresa and Camila on who will become the real queen.
