Saturday TV: Baby’s Got Back Porch

“Ransom” (CBS, 9 p.m.) ends its season with two episodes. First, there is the negotiation for the release of a couple being held hostage by illegal immigrants in rural Canada that goes all wrong.  Then Evie gets brainwashed at 10.

“Taken” (NBC, 8 p.m.) comes to an end as well with an effort to stop Ramsey from assassinating a senator.

The highlights of the season are reviewed on “Planet Earth: Blue Planet II” (BBC America, 9 p.m.).

It’s all true crime replays on broadcast TV with “48 Hours” (CBS, 10 p.m.), “Dateline” (NBC, 9 p.m.) and a replay of “Truth & Lies: The Murder of Laci Peterson” (ABC, 9 p.m.).

And the 10th anniversary of “Casey Anthony and the Summer of Lies” is the subject of a “CNN Special Report” (CNN, 8 p.m.). Because no other news happened this week.

Third time may be the charm for Charlotte, a chocolatier who has left her helicopter mechanic fiancé at the alter three times in the made-for-TV romance “Yes, I Do” (Hallmark, 9 p.m.). Jen Lilley and Marcus Rosner star.

The adaptation of Stephen King’s killer clown caper “It” (HBO, 8 p.m.) makes its premium cable debut, as does Denzel Washington in “Roman J. Israel, Esq.” (Stars, 8 p.m.).

“Dr. Jeff: Rocky Mountain Vet” (Animal Planet, 8 p.m.) performs surgery on a puppy.

Circus busters in Peru are profiled on “Dodo Heroes” (Animal Planet, 9 p.m.).

Chief mystery with “Swamp Mysteries with Troy Landry” (History, 8 p.m.) – how could it be more than four hours long?

The fiancé of one bride to be on “Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta” (TLC, 8 p.m.) is still in prison.

A coupling on “I Want THAT Wedding” (TLC, 9 p.m.) will either be a traditional Vietnamese wedding or happen in Vegas.

“Ghost Adventures” (Travel, 9 p.m.) returns to Virginia City, Nev.

The World Cup reaches its round of 16 with France vs. Argentina (Fox, 10 a.m.) and Uruguay vs. Portugal (Fox, 2 p.m.).

Baseball includes Detroit at Toronto (MLB, 1 p.m.), Cleveland at Oakland (MLB, 4 p.m.), Boston at Yankees (Fox, 7:15 p.m.) and San Francisco at Arizona (MLB, 10 p.m.).

Golf has third round play in the Quicken Loans National (Golf, 1 p.m.; CBS, 3 p.m.) and the Women’s PGA Championship (NBC, 3 p.m.)

Sleater-Kinney and Heartless Bastards play a 2016 episode of “Austin City Limits” (PBS, 11 p.m., check local listings).

The Tiffany Haddish-hosted “Saturday Night Live” (NBC, 11:30 p.m.) with Taylor Swift is rerun.
