“Atlantics” (Netflix, streaming), a Senegal-France-Belgium co-production won the Grand Prix at Cannes, is a supernatural thriller from director Mati Diop about a group of construction workers who disappear, but return as spirits, taking possession of the girlfriends they left behind.

Annette Benning is Dianne Feinstein, demanding a report into CIA torture following 9/11. Adam Driver plays a staffer who investigates in “The Report” (Amazon, streaming), the latest recent box-office movie to make a quick move to its online provider. The film by Scott Z. Burns also stars Jon Hamm.

A Cannes Critics’ Week selection, the animated “I Lost My Body” (Netflix, streaming) is about a hand severed in a Parisian laboratory that seeks to reconnect with its body. From the writer of “Amélie,” it has the look of a richly illustrated graphic novel come to life.

From the team that made the series “The Toys That Made Us,” here’s a new series about iconic 1980s films and their behind the scenes stories. “The Movies That Made Us” (Netflix, streaming) will cover “Ghostbusters,” “Dirty Dancing,” “Home Alone” and “Die Hard.”

Yet another new holiday baking competition, “Sugar Rush Christmas” (Netflix, streaming) is a six-episode series with Hunter March, Candace Nelson and Adriano Zumbo joined by guest judges that include Tiffani Thiessen, Jeanine Mason and Meryl Davis. The prize is $10,000.

Here they all come, the animated network Christmas specials that tonight include “Frosty the Showman” (CBS, 8 p.m.), “Frosty Returns” (CBS, 8:30 p.m.) and “Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer” (CW, 8 p.m.).

Kaley Cuoco provides the voice of “Harley Quinn” (DC Universe, streaming), a sassy take on the Joker’s former sidekick from the comics. She cusses too. Other voices include Lake Bell, Giancarlo Esposito and Wanda Sykes.

The new “Staging Christmas” (Lifetime, 8 p.m.), is yet another film about a Christmas decorator who falls in love with a client. Soleil Moon Frye and George Stults star.

Oprah’s network gets involved in the Christmas movie business with “Baking Christmas” (OWN, 9 p.m.), in which the children of a mom and pop bakery (Tim Reid and Aloma White) fight for control of the business with a Christmas competition.

The London production of the award-winning musical “Kinky Boots,” with its original West End stars Matt Henry and Killian Donnelly, is presented on “Great Performances” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings)

Square dancing is a challenge on “American Housewife” (ABC, 8 p.m.).

On “Fresh Off the Boat” (ABC, 8:30 p.m.), Louis gets to play “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.”

Alyson Hannifin is guest on a holiday themed “Penn & Teller: Fool Us” (CW, 9 p.m.) to start the seventh season.

Here’s something you don’t see often: An original scripted show on Pop TV that jumps to premium cable station for a second run. That’s the case with “Flack” (Showtime, 9 p.m.) with Anna Paquin,  which is repeating its first season commercial-free on the station. A second season is in the works for Pop.

Violet is captured by a sadistic ringmaster on “Van Helsing” (Syfy, 10 p.m.).

Dennis Miller ends his month of Fridays on Turner Classic Movies hanging out with Jay Leno. Together they screen “Sullivan’s Travels” (8 p.m.), “A Face in the Crowd” (10 p.m.) and “Marty” (12:15 a.m.). Earlier is comedic crime with “The Biggest Bundle of Them All” (6 a.m.), “Gambit” (8 a.m.), “The Pink Panther” (10 a.m.), “A Shot in the Dark” (noon), “The Return of the Pink Panther” (2 p.m.), “The Pink Panther Strikes Again” (4 p.m.) and “Revenge of the Pink Panther” (6 p.m.).

Basketball includes New Orleans at Oklahoma City (NBA, 8 p.m.).

Hockey gets a prime time afternoon slot with Rangers at Boston (NBC, 1 p.m.).
