Monday TV: ‘A Momento Latino Event’

On the newest episode of “Soulmates” (AMC, 10 p.m.), Bill Skarsgård plays a man flying to Columbia to meet his soulmate when he meets someone during a Mexican layover.

The friend group fractures even more on “We Are Who We Are” (HBO, 10 p.m.).

An 8-year-old places an “Emergency Call” (ABC, 10 p.m.).

“Filthy Rich” (Fox, 8 p.m.) reacts to Mardi Gras. 

There’s a magician named Lord of the Ring on “Penn & Teller: Fool Us” (CW, 9 p.m.). 

A third season starts for the true crime “Twisted Sisters” (Investigation Discovery, 9 p.m.), produced by Khloé Kardashian, who may know something about twisted sisterhood. 

The special “This is Halloween” (Travel, 9 p.m.) looks at customs and pranks from years past. It’s followed by “Mysteries of Halloween” (Travel, 11 p.m.).

In the second of two new episodes of “One Day at a Time” (CBS, 10 p.m.), the roof is seen as a moonlight romantic place. 

“Below Deck Mediterranean” (Bravo, 9 p.m.) has its second reunion episode. 

The family photo shoot turns ugly on the first of two episodes of “The Family Chantel” (TLC, 9 and 10 p.m.).

The month long salute to Peter Cushing on Turner Classic Movies concludes with his roles from the early 1970s with “Nothing But the Night” (8 p.m.), “Madhouse” (9:45 p.m.), “From Beyond the Grave” (11:30 p.m.), “Scream and Scream Again” (1:30 a.m.), “The Satanic Rites of Dracula” (3:15 a.m.) and “Dracula A.D. 1972” (4:45 a.m.). 

During the day are murder stories with “The Beast with Five Fingers” (6 a.m.), “Mara Maru” (7:45 a.m.), “They Won’t Believe Me” (9:30 a.m.), “Where Danger Lives” (11:15 a.m.), “Fingers at the Window” (1 p.m.), “Footsteps in the Dark” (2:30 p.m.), “Kill or Cure” (4:15 p.m.) and “The Gazebo” (6 p.m.).

Monday Night Football has Chicago at Rams (ESPN, 8:15 p.m.).

NASCAR resumes its rain-interrupted EchoPark Automotive 500 (NBC Sports, 10 a.m.).
