Episode 11 of the Turner Classic Movies series “Women Make Film” (8 and 11:15 p.m.) comes alongside the films “Silent Waters” (9:15 p.m.), “The Hurt Locker” (12:30 a.m.), “The Day I Will Never Gorget” (3 a.m.) and “Gas Food Lodging” (4:45 a.m.).
