“Doing the Most with Phoebe Robinson” (Comedy Central, 11 p.m.) ends its first season. 

Red tries to infiltrate Townsend’s organization on “The Blacklist” (NBC, 8 p.m.).

On the new series “Happily Wherever” (HGTV, 8:30 p.m.), a couple in Cincinnati has to decide whether to stay there or move to Orlando or Savannah. 

Frank walks back a quote he gave to the local newspaper on “Blue Bloods” (CBS, 10 p.m.).

“Shark Tank” (ABC, 8 p.m.) consider a portable basketball shooting machine. 

Cyndi Lauper performs on “Skyville Live” (CMT, 10 p.m.) alongside Kelsea Ballerini and Ingrid Michaelson. 

On “Van Helsing” (Syfy, 10 p.m.), Axel and Julius wake up in the Sunshine Unit.

The highlight of Turner Classic Movies’ 2021 TCM Classic Film Festival tonight is a special reading of one of the great bad movies of all time. Maria Bamford, Bobcat Goldthwait, Oscar Nuñez, Larane Newman, Bob Odenkirk, David Koechner and Paul F. Tompkins all take part in Dana Gold’s adaptation “SF Sketchfest Presents: Plan 9 From Outer Space Table Read” (8 p.m.). Then comes the original 1959 “Plan 9 From Outer Space” (9:30 p.m.) for comparison. It’s followed by another denigrated movie “Grease 2” (11 p.m.), as well as Mel Brooks about a musical meant to be bad, “The Producers” (1:15 a.m.). It’s followed by Bill Morrison’s compilation of two decaying German silents, “Let Me Come In” (3:15 am.) and “Underworld, U.S.A.” (4 a.m.).
