It comes on the same night as the 20th season premiere of  “Hell’s Kitchen” (Fox, 8 p.m.) which invites hopefuls who are all 23 or younger. 

There’s a lower age limit, too, for “American Ninja Warrior” (NBC, 8 p.m.) as it begins a new season. Now you can be 15 to race their course. 

A four-part “Teen Titans Go!” (Cartoon Network, 6 p.m.) is a crossover with the cast of “DC Super Hero Girls.” 

It’s not to be confused with another new miniseries, “The Titans That Built America” (History, 9 p.m.) that charts the rise of Henry Ford, J.P. Morgan Jr. and Pierre Du Post. It runs tonight through Wednesday and comes after a new episode of “The Food that Built America” (History, 8 p.m.), which is about McDonald’s.

The three part documentary series “American Cartel” (Investigation Discovery, 9 p.m.) explores the 2003 murder of a police officer in Burbank that has a connection to a drug cartel.

The work of Jewish activists fighting antisemitism is chronicled in the special “MTV News Presents With One Voice: Fighting Hatred Together” (MTV, VH1, 10 p.m.). 

A new season begins for “Smothered” (TLC, 9 p.m.), about extremely tight mother-daughter bonds.

“The Good Doctor” (ABC, 10 p.m.) begins a two-part season finale in Guatemala. 

Women’s Empowerment Dinner takes a wrong turn on “Below Deck Sailing Yacht” (Bravo, 9 p.m.).

“Black Ink Crew” (VH1, 8 p.m.) tries for some bonding in the woods. 

Ray J and Princess can’t get along on “VH1 Couples Retreat” (VH1, 9 p.m.). 

The prime time cartoon this week is “The Princess and the Frog” (ABC, 8 p.m.). 

The TV thriller “A Party Gone Wrong” (Lifetime, 8 p.m.) Shellie Sterling strs as a woman who drinks too much at a party and takes the wrong ride home. 

Then Emily Miceli plays a teen who gets on a dating app against her mother’s wishes on the thriller “The Secrets She Keeps” (Lifetime, 10 p.m.). 

“In Treatment” (HBO, 9 and 9:30 p.m.) has another couple of sessions. 

Turner Classic Movies’ Marathon Day marathon concludes with “Ace of Aces” (7 a.m.), “Sergeant York” (8:30 a.m.), “Flying Leathernecks” (11 a.m.), “The Naked and the Dead” (12:45 p.m.), “The Steel Helmet” (3:15 p.m.), “Target Zero” (4:45 p.m.), “The Red Badge of Courage” (6:30 p.m.), “Battleground” (8 p.m.), “Run Silent, Run Deep” (10:15 p.m.), “The Enemy Below” (midnight), “Battle of the Bulge” (1:45 a.m.) and “War Nurse” (4:45 a.m.). 

NBA playoffs have Philadelphia at Washington (TNT, 7 p.m.) and Utah at Memphis (TNT, 9:30 p.m.).
