Roselyn Sanchez stars as the grand niece of Ricardo Montalban’s character for the reboot of “Fantasy Island” (Fox, 8 p.m.) where new guests arrive each week and strange things happen to answer their every worry, from turning young to jumping bodies. There are two intertwining stories each week, and they tend to be too cute by half. So far, there’s no Hervé Villechaize character announcing incoming planes. 

One of the legacies of the past 20 years is how much the FBI used entrapment to nudge would-be terrorists who they would then arrest. The case against seven men in Miami playing along to get some money is told in great detail (with FBI recordings and videotapes) in “In the Shadow of 9/11,” a two hour edition of “Frontline” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings) from filmmaker Dan Reed, who previously made “Leaving Neverland.” 

A new series of sports documentaries that may not have that much to with sports, “Untold” (Netflix, streaming) begins by recounting a 2004 Pacers-Pistons brawl that spilled into the stands. 

“Unraveled: The Stalker’s Web” (Discovery+, streaming) follows the crimes of serial stalker Jason Christopher Hughes as the earlier installment of the series recounted “The Long Island Serial Killer.” 

In the new series “Money Hungry” (Food, 10 p.m.), contestants have to identify individual ingredients in various meals. Kal Penn hosts.
