Thursday TV: Choosing a Path in Baltimore

The new series “Phantom Signals” (Science, 10 p.m.) looks at UFO type phenomena.

NFL players play “Celebrity Family Feud” (ABC, 8 p.m.), which also stages Macklemore vs. Lil Yachty. 

“Star Trek: Discovery” (CBS, 10 p.m.) continues on network TV.

Thursday night football has Tampa Bay at Chicago (Fox, NFL, 8 p.m.) on two different networks. 

Investigation Discovery is now naming its new true crime shows after Elvis Presley songs with “Suspicious Minds” (ID, 9 p.m.), which begins with a murder case in Chicago. 

A Palm Springs trip is in jeopardy on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” (E!, 8 p.m.).

“Double Shot at Love with DJ Pauly D & Vinny” (MTV, 8 p.m.) gets a second reunion episode, only because reunion episodes are so cheap to make.

Joel McHale, Amanda Seales, Ron Bunches, Ana Gasteyer, Rob Huebel and Nikki Glaser plays “Match Game” (ABC, 10 p.m.).

The month-long Thursday night salute to the 30th anniversary of the Film Foundation continues with more of its restorations with “The Front Page” (8 p.m.), “Detour” (10 p.m.), “The Man with the Golden Arm” (11:30 p.m.), “Love Affair” (1:45 a.m.) and “A Brighter Summer Day” (3:30 a.m.). 

During the day is Jean Harlow with “The Public Enemy” (6:15 a.m.), “Red-Headed Woman” (8:15 a.m.), “Dinner at Eight” (9:45 a.m.), “Saratoga” (11:45 a.m.), “Hold Your Man” (1:30 p.m.), “Red Dust” (3:15 p.m.), “Personality Property” (4:45 p.m.) and “Bombshell” (6:15 p.m.). 

League divisional playoffs continue in baseball with Atlanta vs. Miami (Fox Sports 1, 2 p.m.), Oakland vs. Houston (TBS, 3:30 p.m.), Yankees vs. Tampa Bay (TBS, 7 p.m.) and Dodgers vs. San Diego (MLB, 9 p.m.). 

It’s the women’s semifinals this morning at the French Open (Tennis, 6 a.m.; NBC, 11 a.m.). Women’s doubles semifinals come late tonight at 2 a.m. on the Tennis Channel. 

Soccer has Serbia at Norway (ESPN2, 2:45 p.m.).
