I am a funeral director in North West Tennessee and I have been informed you had some information concerning The Funeral Boss-William C. Harris Funeral Home in North St. Louis County, MO that ran on or about March 7, or 14, 2013 on Discovery Fit & Health, is this true?

I would had liked to have seen this information, but we only have dish here at home, it is possible

  1. If you can get me a copy of this showing
  2. When will this be show again
  3. Will it be shown on Dish, if so when and what time
  4. What is my cost of this
  5. When may I know something more
  6. Is this going to be show every week or something like this that I may see on dish
“Funeral Boss” is a new series that runs Thursdays on the Discovery Fit & Health network, which unfortunately is a network that not everybody receives.
Full episodes are available however on iTunes (for $1.99) and at Amazon instant video (for $2.99). You should contact your Dish representative to see if they plan to get the channel. In the meantime, you can also get a taste of the series on the jump.

Good luck!

I swear that the connective motif for all the daytime films on TCM [today]  is that all the lead actresses are redheads!  Maybe it even says so someplace on tcm.com but I’ve never found where that datum usually resides (for the daytime films, that is.) If you know, do tell. Given away esp. by the first 2 or 3 in the chain but continuing all the way to prime time, and perhaps beyond since Mon. eves. are still ALL Greer Garson.

Yes, while they state the theme of films nightly on Turner Classic Movies, the daytime movies frequently have their own themes, though it remains unstated on their website or magazine what exactly they are. They leave something for us to guess about. But you’re right they do give it away by beginning with “Red Headed WOman” and continuing with “Lady with Red Hair” and “Strawberry Blonde”  before films starring Lucille Ball, Maureen O’Hara, Deborah Kerr, Rhonda Fleming, Susan Hayward and, er, Red Buttons. Then onto the Monday finale of the salute to the redhead Greer Garson.
