Olympic gold medalist Sanya Richards-Ross and New York Giants cornerback Aaron Ross were such an impression as a couple on “Platinum Weddings,” they get their new show about her family’s beauty parlor in Austin, “Sanya’s Glam & Gold” (WE tv, 10 p.m.).

She works with her family, otherwise known as “Team S.R.R.” That includes her parents Archie and Sharon, who also act as her manager and agent, respectively; her sister and business partner Shari; and a cousin who is also a publicist and stylist, Yolande. All of them struggle to keep up with her Olympic-sized ambition.

The first rate doctor show parody “Childrens Hospital” (Cartoon Network, midnght) returns for a fifth season, relocated to a U.S. army base in Japan. It’s accompanied by “NTSF:SD:SUV::” (Cartoon Network, 12:15 a.m.), a cop show takeoff.

People seem to be fascinated by one birth this week. The fascination continues on cable with “A Royal Family: E! News Special” (E!, 8 p.m.) and “William, Kate & the Royal Baby” (OWN, 9 p.m.).

A winner is named on “Hell’s KItchen” (Fox, 8 p.m.) after a final cooking challenge in Vegas, site of the workplace for the victor, Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill.

Elissa was nominated by America, but won the veto competition and took herself off, so Ginamarie was picked to take her place alongside Aaryn and Kaitlin for elimination on “Big Brother” (CBS, 9 p.m.).

Jason Sudeikis, who just announced he wouldn’t be returning to “Saturday Night Live” this fall, is among the players on “Hollywood Game Night” (NBC, 10 p..m.), alongside another “SNL” retiree Fred Armisen, as well as Amy Poehler, Maya Rudolph, Sean Hayes and Dax Sheperd.

On “TV One Takes the Trip to Bountiful with Cathy Hughes” (TV One, 8 p.m.), Hughes interviews the stars of Broadway’s revival of “The Grip to Bountiful,” including Cicely Tyson, Cuba Gooding Jr. and Vanessa Williams.

The challenge for designers on the second week of “Project Runway” (Sundance, midnight) are clothes that are inspired by jewels.

Controversial teachers are the theme on Turner Classic Movies with “The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie” (8 p.m.), “Dead Poets Society” (10 p.m.), “These Three” (12:15 a.m.), “Where Angels Go…Trouble Follows!” (2 a.m.), and “The Explosive Generation” (4 a.m.).
