2Started a little bit late — the day, after all, started in northern Michigan. But also stayed late again. Began with Cream for some reason, turned toDevil Makes Three and hits of 1963 before a quartet of songs about the 50th anniversary of the JFK assassination.
Because one of those songs was by Lou Reed, there was much more from him. After a little Arcade Fire, there was some live Dylan and The Band: from the Isle of Wight, but also at the Last Waltz, which occurred on a Thanksgiving in 1976..
Ended with a big set of Elvis Costello, in honor of his concert here next Friday.
