swimsuit-620x400The groundhog blew it Sunday. But a sure sign of spring is the unveiling of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition. It’s a sexist exercise, sure. But the two hour prime time “Sports Illustrated Swimsuit: 50 Years of Beautiful” (NBC, 9 p.m.) will celebrate a half century of the practice by featuring only the women featured in 1964. Not really. But Heidi Klum hosts a show that will include Kathy Ireland, Christie Brinkley, Tyra Banks, Marisa Miller and Kate Upton. There’s music too, as if this is entertainment, with Tim McGraw, Lady Antebellum, John Legend, Enrique Iglesias and The Fray.

David Steinberg returns for a third season of “Inside Comedy” (Showtime, 11 p.m.), his entertaining series of interviews with comics. Tonight is Zach Galifianakis. Earlier, we learn more about the host in the bio film “Quality Balls — The David Steinberg Story” (Showtime, 9:30 p.m.).

The final week of “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” (NBC, 11:35 p.m.) kicks off with a passing of the torch, as his successor Jimmy Fallon is guest, along with Betty White and Bonnie Raitt. “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” (NBC,12:37 a.m.) meanwhile, is a compilation of his musical highlights over the years (many of which probably also appeared on Friday night’s greatest hits collection).

They kept saying the decisions are hard on “The Bachelor” (ABC, 8 p.m.). But are they Vietnam hard? Juan Pablo takes the 11 remaining candidates there for dating and such, and only eight will survive. Vietnamese casualties continue.

The final episode of “Hollywood Game Night” (NBC, 8 p.m.) for a season that lasted about three weeks, features Chris Colfer, Rosie O’Donnell, Penny Marshall, Taryn Manning and Donald Faison.

Oh my gosh, the wedding on “How I Met Your Mother” (CBS, 8 p.m.) is still going on.

One of the most necessarily staged reality shows, “The Devils Ride” (Discovery, 10 p.m.), purportedly about bikers and their rivals, returns for its third season. Coming back for its fifth season is “Swamp People” (History 9 p.m.), in which the gators may also be scripted.

“Stem Cell Universe” (Science, 10 p.m.) delves into the uses of the cells, from regenerating body parts to curing paralysis. Stephen Hawking hosts.

They’re starting to run out of Presidential wives to profile on “First Ladies: Influence and Image” (CSPAN, 9 p.m.). Tonight, they’re all the way up to Laura Bush.

Bubble wrap gets a test on “Duck Quacks Don’t Echo” (National Geographic Channel, 10 p.m.).

A documentary on Olympic gymnast Gabby Douglas on “Beyond the Headlines” (Lifetime, 10 p.m.) follows a replay of the docudrama “The Gabby Douglas Story” (Lifetime, 8 p.m.).

Pam’s drug dealers stage an intervention on “Archer” (FX, 10 p.m.).

Salmon try to institute a peace process on “Alaska Fish Wars” (Nat Geo Wild, 10 p.m.). Or at least they should.

Men’s hoops action tonight includes Notre Dame at Syracuse (ESPN, 7 p.m.), Xavier at Villanova (Fox Sports 1, 7 p.m.), Hampton at Morgan State (ESPNU, 7:30 p.m.), Iowa State at Oklahoma State (ESPN, 9 p.m.), Georgetown at DePaul (Fox Sports 1, 9 p.m.) and Prairie View A&M at Alabama A&M (ESPNU, 9 p.m.). Among women, it’s Baylor at Oklahoma (ESPN2, 7 p.m.).

NHL action includes Colorado at New Jersey (NBC Sports, 7:30 p.m.). In basketball, San Antonio at New Orleans (NBA, 8 p.m.).

The 31 Days of Oscar continues with the best costume and color nominees from 1954: “A Star is Born” (TCM, 8 p.m.), “Gate of Hell” (TCM, 11 p.m.), “There’s No Business Like Show Business” (TCM, 12:30 a.m.), “Desiree” (TCM, 2:45 a.m.) and “Brigadoon” (TCM, 4:45 a.m.).
