topchef_finalistsThe eleventh season champion of “Top Chef” (Bravo, 10 p.m.) is crowned in Hawaii and given the $125,000 grand prize. It’s between Nina Compton, 34, of Miami, and Nick Elmi, 32, of Philadelphia, who will both have teams of former contestants help them out. Most of the season took place in New Orleans. But tonight they’ve got to open pop up restaurants in Maui.

The four episode “Super Skyscrapers” (PBS, 10 p.m., check local listings) looks at the design and construction of four buildings, starting with New York’s One World Trade Center set to open this year.

Hollywood Week comes to “American Idol” (Fox, 8 p.m.) with some tweaks. Hope they still have the stressful group performances where some diva refuses to perform with others and they have to practice all night.

A mix of real estate and cooking is what’s behind the new show “Buy This Restaurant” (Food Network, 9 p.m.), with commercial real estate dude Keith Simpson.

Not sure that every episode of “Fleming: The Man Who Would Be Bond” (BBC America, 10 p.m.) has to be preceeded by a classic Bond film. But here’s another one: “From Russia with Love” (BBC America, 7:30 p.m.).

In sort of a tie in to the new movie “The Monuments Men” is the documentary “Hunting Hitler’s Stolen Treasures: The Monuments Men” (National Geographic Channel, 8 p.m.). It’s followed by “Hitler’s Secret Attack on America” (National Geographic, 9 p.m.) and “Nazi Scrapbooks from Hell” (National Geographic, 10 p.m.). It all brings to mind the days when the History channel was once called the Hitler channel. No more. Now it is more the channel of “American Pickers” (History, 8, 9 and 10 p.m.).

Dueling Quentin Tarantino movies: “Pulp Fiction” (AMC, 8 p.m.) and “Jackie Brown” (IFC, 8 p.m.).
