Back on the air for the first time in a month – transmitter problems caused Radio CPR to be of the air for weeks, so there was a lot of ground to cover.
Started with a birthday salute to Bobby Womack, and move briefly to Lou Reed before a chunk of Beck’s new album.
Upcoming shows by Jonathan Richman, Paul Simon and Mark Mulcahy were heralded and a show earlier this week by Bob Mould led to some of his music. More birthday salutes to Ernie Isley and Arthur Lee before ending with some premature St. Patrick’s fixtures: The Pogues.
