It may happen today in Ghana vs. U.S. (ESPN, 6 p.m.), preceded by Germany vs. Portugal (ESPN, 11:30 p.m.) and Iran vs. Nigeria (ESPN, 2:30 p.m.). Although all three are probably more entertainingly presented on Univision, where the flair for shouting “Goooal!” is something of an art form.

Hang around long enough on “The Bachelorette” (ABC, 8 p.m.) and you get to see the world even if you don’t land the girl. Tonight the remaining 11 go to Marseille, France.

The 18 cooks left on “MasterChef” (Fox, 8 p.m.) take a live seafood challenge.

Caught without a Stanley Cup playoff to play, NBC reverts to reruns of “Last Comic Standing” (NBC, 8 p.m.) and “American Ninja Warrior” (NBC, 9 p.m.).
