Another music stars goes in search of steak on the new “Steak Out with Kix Brooks” (Cooking, 9 p.m.) starring half of the country duo Brooks & Dunn. First stop is Omaha, where he goes to Johnny’s Cafe and Gorat’s.

Neil Patrick Harris joins “America’s Got Talent” (NBC, 8 p.m.) as a guest judge, where we expect he’ll just be appalled.

Barry’s worried about being discovered on “Tyrant” (FX, 10 p.m.).

A fashion designer feels the need to reduce on “Extreme Weight Loss” (ABC, 9 p.m.).

Zoe goes to Japan to recover his dad’s research on a new “Zoo” (CBS, 9 p.m.).
