“Alaska Proof” (Animal Planet, 9 p.m.) isn’t about winter parkas; it’s about making vodka.
June Squibb guest stars as Sheldon’s grandmother on “The Big Bang Theory” (CBS, 8 p.m.). Rosie O’Donnell is guest star on “Mom” (CBS, 9 p.m.). Tony Shalhoub pops up on “The Blacklist” (NBC, 9 p.m.). It must be sweeps.
The weirdness of “You, Me and the Apocalypse” (NBC, 8 p.m.) continues apace.
