“Loretta Lynn: Still a Mountain Girl” talks about her roots back in Butcher Holler, Ky., her struggles and her songwriting, with interviews with Reba McEntire, Miranda Lambert, Trisha Yearwood, Jack Black, Sheryl Crow, Garth Brooks and Willie Nelson, who is on the new album, as well as Sissy Spacek, who famously played her in the 1980 movie “Coal Miner’s Daughter.” Here’s a Q&A with the Queen of Country Music.

As the fourth season begins for “House of Cards” (Netflix, streaming), Kevin Spacey’s Frank Underwood is still in the middle of his re-election campaign while his wife, Robin Wright’s icy Claire Underwood, has just left him. Indian-born actress Merle Oberon is star of the month on Turner Classic Movies with a 25-film Friday night showcase that begins with “These Three” (8 p.m.), “Beloved Enemy” (9:45 p.m.), “Flies Bergere de Paris” (11:30 p.m.), “The Dark Angel” (1 a.m.), “The Private Life of Don Juan” (3 a.m.) and “The Private Life of Henry VIII” (4:30 a.m.).

Here’s the sweetest thing to see in a while: the first spring training games, with Twins at Pittsburgh (MLB, 1 p..m.) and Kansas City at San Diego (MLB, 8:10 p.m.).

Men’s college basketball includes Kent State at Akron (ESPN2, 7 p.m.), Ball State at Northern Illinois (CBS Sports, 8 p.m.) and Texas at Oklahoma State (ESPN2, 8 p.m.).
