Mary battles Elizabeth for the throne of Scotland on the season three finale of “Reign” (The CW, 8 p.m.). It shouldn’t be as bloody as the ones Sunday on “Game of Thrones” (HBO2, 8:30 p.m.).

For an easy going summer, there certainly a lot of televised competitions going on, from a night of “American Ninja Warrior” (NBC, 8 p.m.) and “Spartan: Ultimate Team Challenge” (NBC, 10 p.m.), to “The Bachelorette” (ABC, 8 p.m.) and “So You Think You Can Dance” (Fox, 8 p.m.).

Bugs continue their march on Washington on the second episode of “BrainDead” (CBS, 10 p.m.).

Quinn tries to sabotage Chet’s bro-focused version of the dating show on “UnReal” (Lifetime, 10 p.m.).

In the new British import “Raised by Wolves” (Acorn TV, streaming) a pair of sisters try to survive their eccentric home-schooled family of six.

“The Fosters” (Freeform, 8 p.m.) returns for a new season just as the school is put on lockdown when a jealous kid brings a gun to school.

A new season also starts for the grandaddy of the franchise, “The Real Housewives of Orange County” (Bravo, 9 p.m.).

“Charlie Rose” (PBS, 11 p.m., check local listings) interviews Vice President Joe Biden tonight, an interview that will first be excerpted on “CBS Evening News with Scott Pelley” (CBS, 6:30 p.m.).

Vampire hunters stalk Bram Stoker on “Houdini & Doyle” (Fox, 9 p.m.).

Catch those last two episodes of “OJ: Made in America” (ESPN2, 7 and 9 p.m.).

On “Major Crimes” (TNT, 10 p.m.), a sex crimes detective is murdered.
