How much interest is there in the 40th anniversary of the capture of David Berkowitz? “The Lost Tapes: Son of Sam” (Smithsonian, 9 p.m.) airs tonight. And then next Saturday: a Son of Sam documentary running Saturday on Investigation Discovery.
