“Flight of the Conchords” star Jermaine Clement wrote and starred in a deadpan 2015 movie about ordinary and somewhat hapless urban vampires in a mockumentary style. Now he’s behind (but no longer stars in) a TV version with the same name.
“What We Do in the Shadows” (FX, 10 p.m.), now set in Staten Island, has a lot of the feel and some of the characters of the original, but very delightfully into oddball areas, such as local politics.

The new offshoot “Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists” (Freeform, 8 p.m.) has a murder victim: Nolan.
“Project Runway All Stars” (Lifetime, 8 p.m.) try to secure a place in the series finale, (which follows at 8:30 p.m.).
A winner is also named on the second season finale of “American Beauty Star” (Lifetime, 10 p.m.).
Will hits it off with a British spy in London and Frankie is jealous on “Whiskey Cavalier” (ABC, 10 p.m.).
