Looks like everyone will be staying inside more than usual so the streaming services gear up with their usual Friday load of new titles.
Amy Ryan and Gabriel Byrne star in the original film “Lost Girls” (Netflix, streaming) about a wave of unsolved murders in Long Island, based on cases covered in Robert Kolker’s book “Lost Girls: An Unsolved American Mystery.” Though it’s a non-fiction feature, it’s directed by Liz Garbus, known for her documentary work.
Rufus Sewell stars in the BBC import “Agatha Christie’s The Pale Horse” (Amazon, streaming), a two part mini-series based on the original 1961 mystery novel. Georgina Campbell, Kaya Scolelario and Bertie Carvel also star.
The coming of age movie “Stargirl” (Disney+, streaming) is an adaptation of the Y.A. hit by Jerry Spinelli, about a couple of outsider teens in Arizona. It stars Grace VanderWaal, the 16 year old who first came to fame as the “America’s Got Talent” winner as a 12-year-old singer, opposite .
In the movie “Go Karts” (Netflix, streaming) a teen who is a newcomer in town learned about go-cart racing from a former driver.
The new series “100 Humans” (Netflix, streaming) uses volunteers to test a bunch of theories, usually stupid.
In the imported Norwegian anthology series “Bloodride” (Netflix, streaming), the stories are dark but edged with comedy.
A third season starts for the series “Elite” (Netflix, streaming) with the death of another classmate.
“Lincoln Rhyme: Hunt for the Bone Collector” (NBC, 8 p.m.) ends its first season with a two part finale.
The mayor needs to work better with others on “Blue Bloods” (CBS, 10 p.m.).
Jack Osbourne and Katrina Weidman return to go to the worst travel sites on the second season start for “Portals to Hell” (Travel, 9 p.m.).

Turner Classic Movies recalls Anne Frank 75 years after her death with “The Diary of Anne Frank” (8 p.m.) and “Anne Frank Remembered” (11:15 a.m.). They are followed by two exploitative films from director Jack Hill: “The Big Doll House” (2 a..) and “Spider Baby” (3:45 a.m.).
