Shadows The droll old European vampires of “What We Do In the Shadows” (FX, 10 p.m.) are back, struggling with their lives in Staten Island. Humor is just what we needed from the series by Jermaine Clement and Taika Waititi (though the NYC mass grave in the backyard is untimely). Haley Joel Osment guest stars as a lazy familiar in the premiere.

The Innocence Project, which investigates hundreds of cases of the wrongly imprisoned, has been the basis of a number of documentaries and TV shows. The latest, “The Innocence Files” (Netflix, streaming) is a nine-episode series from Liz Garbus, Alex Gibney and Roger Ross Williams.

Also new is “Outer Banks” (Netflix, streaming) a series about a group of teens trying to solve a murder mystery on the class conscious North Carolina island (though it was shot in South Carolina).

“The Masked Singer Sing-Along Spectacular” (Fox, 8 p.m.) takes a break from the unmasking to allow home audiences to sing along, with lyrics (and, presumably, bouncing ball) provided. Clearly, they are taking advantage of people being housebound.

The special “Blood Sugar Rising” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings) examines the rise of diabetes in America.

Family visits on “Survivor” (CBS, 8 p.m.) may cause emotional overload at this precarious time.

It’s closing time in the Windy City with the season finales for all three dramas. On “Chicago Med” (NBC, 8 p.m.), Dr. Marcel is questioned about his past. On “Chicago Fire” (NBC, 9 p.m.) someone from the station is injured on a call. And on “Chicago P.D.” (NBC, 10 p.m.), Atwater goes undercover to take down a gun-trafficking ring.

A winner is named on the season finale of “LEGO Masters” (Fox, 9 p.m.).

“Riverdale” (CW, 8 p.m.) holds a variety show.

Final decisions are made among the five couples on “Married at First Sight” (Lifetime, 8 p.m.).

“SEAL Team” (CBS, 9 p.m.) tracks a new terror group  who wants to upend peace negotiations in Afghanistan.

Katie wants Anna-Kat to stand up for herself on “American Housewife” (ABC, 9 p.m.).

“S.W.A.T.” (CBS, 10 p.m.) is roiled by internal corruption.

A new season begins for “Deadly Recall” (Investigation Discovery, 10 p.m.), with Nashville police detective Pat Postiglione recalling his past cases, including the death of an NFL quarterback in the premiere.

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” (Bravo, 8 p.m.) returns for a 10th season, with Kyle presenting her new line during New York fashion week.

“The Big Interview with Dan Rather” (AXS, 8 p.m.) returns for a new season with Huey Lewis, who has lost his hearing.

With the focus on hospitals, Turner Classic Movies focuses tonight on doctors and patients with “Dark Victory” (8 p.m.), “No Way Out” (10 p.m.), “Coma” (midnight), “Young Dr. Kildare” (2 a.m.) and “The Citadel” (3:30 a.m.).

Earlier, it’s all Fred Astaire with “Roberta” (6 a.m.), “Follow the Fleet” (8 a.m.), “Shall We Dance” (10 a.m.), “The Gay Divorcee” (noon), “The Band Wagon” (2 p.m.), “Swing Time” (4 p.m.) and “Top Hat” (6 p.m.).
