Can slime do social distancing? We shall see tonight as the Kids’ Choice Awards 2020 (Nickelodeon, 8 p.m.) goes virtual. Victoria Justice hosts and Asher Angel will perform during the ceremony where appearances via video will be made by celebrities including Dwayne Johnson, Ariana Grande, Kristen Bell, Josh Gad, Camila Cabello, Millie Bobby Brown and BTS, among others.
The annual show was originally planned to be held at the Forum in L.A., with Chance the Rapper hosting and Justin Bieber performing, and coinciding with the SlimeFest weekend last month — which ultimately had to be canceled.
Kids still have to know who will be the Favorite Female Social Star and what’s the Favorite Video Game, as well as winners in movies, TV, music and sports.

The made-for-TV thriller “Deadly Mile High Club” (Lifetime, 8 p.m.) is about “a deranged female flight instructor” and a handsome student.
