A couple of timely films return to public television: the 2016 “The Black Panthers: Vanguard of the Revolution” on “Independence Lens” (PBS, 8 p.m., check local listings), followed by the 2018 James Baldwin biography “I Am Not Your Negro” at 10 p.m..

The ever-amusing “What We Do in the Shadows” (FX, 10 p.m.) ends its season in its usual spectacular way.

A second season starts for the British cop show import “Bulletproof” (CW, 9 p.m.) starring Noel Clarke and Ashley Walters as East London detectives.

Oprah Winfrey looks to the future in the conclusion of the two night “OWN Spotlight: Where Do We Go From Here?” (Discovery, OWN, TLC, Food, HGTV, Travel, 9 p.m.). Tuesday’s part one reruns at 8.
