Science TV’s most delightful new host is Emily Graslie, a South Dakota native who volunteered at the University of Montana’s Zoological Museum and began a YouTube series called “The Brain Scoop” before she became “Chief Curiosity Correspondent” at Chicago’s Field Museum of Natural History. And now she is back in the upper midwest in a new public TV series, “Prehistoric Road Trip” (PBS, 10 p.m., check local listings) that involves a new search for very old fossils.
Michael Cimino stars in the new series “Love, Victor” (Hulu, streaming),a kind of spin off of the book and 2018 movie “Love, Simon” that was originally developed for Disney +, but determined they weren’t ready for a high school coming-out story. Rachel Naomi Hilson and George Sear also star.
“Mr. Iglesias” (Netflix, streaming), the schoolroom sitcom starring the comedian Gabriel Iglesias is back for a second season.
“Full Frontal with Samantha Bee” (TBS, 10:30 p.m.) is likely full of issues to cover.
“Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” (ABC, 10 p.m.) goes back to the origin days of 1955.
Sly and the Family Stone plays “Soul Train” on a new episode of “American Soul” (BET, 10 p.m.).
Olivia gets to know a whole new world on “The 100” (The CW, 8 p.m.).
“Bizarre Foods: Delicious Destinations” (Cooking, 10 p.m.) visits the Chesapeake Bay.
