A trip to Parish Fashion Week is part of this week’s “I Quit” (Discovery, 11 p.m.). 

Turner Classic Movies has a pair of movies from director Michael Powell, “The Red Shoes” (8 p.m.) and “Night Ambush” (10:30 p.m.), followed by the midnight noir of “They Won’t Believe Me” (12:15 a.m.). Then comes a pair of horror films from the 1950s, “Creature from the Black Lagoon” (2 a.m.) and “UFO” (3:30 a.m.). 

It’s the final weekend of this year’s truncated regular baseball season with games that include Miami at Yankees (MLB, 1 p.m.), Oakland at Seattle (MLB, 4 p.m.), Philadelphia at Tampa Bay (Fox, 7 p.m.), Cincinnati at Minnesota (Fox Sports 1, 7 p.m.) and Angels at Dodgers (MLB, 10 p.m.). 

The NBA Playoffs have Lakers vs. Denver (TNT, 9 p.m.) in Game 5. 

An increased roster of college football are on tap today. Games at noon include Central Florida at East Carolina (ABC), Kansas State at Oklahoma (Fox), Florida at Mississippi (ESPN), Georgia Southern at Louisiana Lafayette (ESPN2) and Georgia State at Charlotte (ESPNU). 

After Iowa State at TCU (Fox Sports 1, 1:30 p.m.), comes the following games at 3:30 p.m.: West Virginia at Oklahoma State (ABC), Mississippi State at LSU (CBS), Texas at Texas Tech (Fox), Army at Cincinnati (ESPN) and Texas-El Paso at Louisiana Monroe (ESPNU)

Then comes Alabama at Missouri (ESPN, 7 p.m.), Florida State at Miami (ABC, 7:30 p.m.), Kansas at Baylor (ESPNU, 7:30 p.m.) and Troy at BYU (ESPN, 10:15 p.m.).

Golf has third round play in the Corales Puntacana Resort and Club Championship (NBC, 3 p.m.). 

NASCAR runs its Alsco 300 (NBC Sports, 7:30 p.m.). 

Billie Eilish plays “Austin City Limits” (PBS, 11 p.m., check local listings) in a performance from February. 

Eddie Murphy’s Emmy-winning stint as host is rerun on “Saturday Night Live” (NBC, 11:30 p.m.) with Lizzo as musical guest. Next week comes the season premiere.
