On the made for TV romance “Country at Heart” (Hallmark, 9 p.m.), Jessy Schram plays a Nashville singer songwriter who returns to her small town for a festival, there she meets a fellow songwriter (Grady Connor) with whom she harmonizes.
Things are more ominous in the film “Dying to be a Cheerleader” (Lifetime, 8 p.m.), in which Dominique Booth plays a newcomer to the squad who also becomes a suspect in the death of a fellow cheerleader.
Three specials look at the highlights of the 16th presidency: “Lincoln’s Washington at War” (Smithsonian, 8 p.m.), “Lincoln’s Last Day” (Smithsonian, 9 p.m.) and “Civil War 360” (Smithsonian, 10 p.m.).
The serial killer’s rampage is recounted in the two hour “Ted Bundy: The Survivors” (Reelz, 8 p.m.).
Turner Classic Movies has “Lawrence of Arabia” (8 p.m.), followed by the noir “Where the Sidewalk Ends” (midnight) and two with Ricardo Montalban, “Across the Wide Missouri” (2 a.m.) and “On an Island with You” (3:30 a.m.).
College football begins at noon with games that include TCU at Texas (Fox), Baylor at West Virginia (ABC), South Carolina at Florida (ESPN), Arkansas State at Coastal Carolina (ESPN2) and East Carolina at Georgia State (ESPNU).
