The carefully animated Indian import “Bombay Rose” (Netflix, streaming) tells the story of a Hindu girl falling in love with a Muslim orphan after escaping an arranged marriage. Originally meant for release two years ago, the film by Gitanjali Rao is finally getting its Netflix release.
