The underrated comedy “Breeders” (FX, 10 p.m.) with Martin Freeman and Daisy Haggard as struggling parents in London, returns for a second season. But this time, their kids are suddenly six years older. The parents are still yelling, but the kids are starting to become brooding introverts. 

The drawbacks to facial recognition software are examined in the documentary “Coded Bias” making its debut on “Independent Lens” (PBS, 10 p.m., check local listings).

Song Kang stars in the new imported Korean drama “Navillera” (Netflix, streaming), portraying a dance prodigy who agrees to teach ballet to a 70 year old man.

In the new installment of “Genius: Aretha” (National Geographic, 9 p.m.), the Queen of Soul devotes more time to the civil rights movement and is featured on the cover of Time.
