Ken Jeong hosts the two hour “See Us Unite for Change: The Asian American Foundation in Service of the AAPI Community” (MTV, Pop, BET, Paramount, Nickelodeon, CMT, Comedy Central, TV Land, VH1, 8 p.m.) about the Asian American and Pacific Islander community’s impact on America. Sting, Saweetie and Jhené Aiko perform; Daniel Dae Kim, Naomi Osaka, Lisa Ling, Jeremy Lin and Michelle Kwan make appearances. 

The Asian American Experience is also celebrated on Turner Classic Movies tonight with “Flower Drum Song” (8 p.m.), “The Crimson Kimono” (10:30 p.m.) and “Eat a Bowl of Tea” (midnight). 

The new three part series “Inside the Met” (PBS, 9 p.m.) shows how the Metropolitan Museum of Art had to mark its 150th anniversary despite the pandemic shutdown. The museum faces inclusivity issues on the second episode. The third airs next week.

Some networks have been quick to respond to the racial reckoning, putting on new shows even before they’re ready. The new “Pause with Sam Jay” (HBO, 9 p.m.) is almost embryonic, showing the comic holding court at a party and interviewing random people. 

The final three episodes of “Pride” (FX, 8 p.m.) show back to back, tracing gay rights efforts since the 1980s. 

On “A Black Lady Sketch Show” (HBO, 11 p.m.), a freshman navigates her first cafeteria lunch. 

The made-for-TV thriller “Tracking a Killer” (Lifetime Movie Network, 8 p.m.) concerns a death on the track team. Laurie Fortier, Jane Dillon and Huntington Daly star. 

Ingredients are all mislabeled on “Chopped” (Cooking, 8 p.m.).

On “The Blacklist” (NBC, 8 p.m.), an assassin is on Liz’s trail. 

Ella’s third birthday turns into a battleground on “Mama June: From Not to Hot” (WEtv, 9 p.m.). 

The theme on Turner Classic Movies today is “Fired Up,” but the movies seem to be about wacky marriages with “A Night at the Ritz” (6 a.m.), “Talent Scout” (7:15 a.m.), “Bachelor Bait” (8:30 p.m.), “The Feminine Touch” (10 a.m.), “Maybe It’s Love” (11:45 a.m.), “The Public Menace” (1 p.m.), “We Who Are Young” (2:30 p.m.), “Bundle of Joy” (4 p.m.), “Beauty for the Asking” (5:45 p.m.) and “Everybody’s Hobby” (7 p.m.). 

Late tonight on TCM are two from Julien Temple, “Earth Girls are Easy” (2 a.m.) and “Absolute Beginners” (4 a.m.). 

Baseball includes Milwaukee at Cincinnati (Fox Sports 1, 7 p.m.) and Seattle at San Diego (MLB, 10 p.m.). 

Stanley Cup Playoffs have Washington at Boston (NBC Sports, 6:30 p.m.), Carolina at Nashville (USA, 7 p.m.), Winnipeg at Edmonton (NBC Sports, 9 p.m.) and Colorado at St. Louis (USA, 9:30 p.m.). 

In the NBA playoff play-in tournament, it’s Memphis at Golden State (ESPN, 9 p.m.).

WNBA action includes Los Angeles at Las Vegas (CBS Sports, 10:30 p.m.).

Very late tonight is some Australian rules football, with Melbourne at Adelaide (Fox Sports 1, 2:30 a.m.).

There is second round play in the PGA Championship (ESPN, 1 p.m.).
