The renovation series “Vacation House Rules” (HGTV, 8 p.m.) starts a new season.

A group of Appalachian Trail hikers go off track and meet some deadly mountaineers in the horror film from earlier this year “Wrong Turn” (Showtime, 9 p.m.), with Charlotte Vega, Emma Dumont and Matthew Modine. 

“Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” (Bravo, 7 p.m.) runs alongside “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald” (Bravo, 10 p.m.).

Turner Classic Movies has a Cary Grant double feature with “Monkey Business” (8 p.m.) and “I Was a Male War Bride” (10 p.m.). The 12 o’clock noir is “Possessed” (midnight), followed by a pair of 50s musicals, “Jupiter’s Darling” (2:15 a.m.) and “Rose Marie” (4 a.m.). 

Stanley Cup Playoffs have Carolina at Tampa Bay (USA, 4 p.m.) and Boston at Islanders (NBC, 7:15 p.m.). 

NBA Playoffs has Milwaukee at Brooklyn (TNT, 7:30 p.m.).

Baseball includes Cincinnati at St. Louis (MLB, 2 p.m.), Arizona at Milwaukee (MLB, 5 p.m.), Boston at Yankees (Fox, 7:15 p.m.) and Mets at San Diego (MLB, 10 p.m.). 

WNBA action has Las Vegas at Washington (ABC, 1 p.m.) and Chicago at Los Angeles (ABC, 3 p.m.).

There’s third round play in the U.S. Open (NBC, 2 p.m.; Golf, 5 p.m.) in the Memorial Tournament (CBS, 3 p.m.). 

NASCAR runs its B&L Transport 170 (Fox Sports 1, 1 p.m.). 

The U.S. Gymnastics Championships (NBC Sports, 8 p.m.) determine the U.S. Olympic team.

Hockey has U.S. vs Canada (NHL, 7 p.m.)  and Finland vs. Germany (NHL, 11 a.m.) in the IHF world championship semifinals. 

The Raconteurs and Black Pumas play a 2020 episode of “Austin City Limits” (PBS, 11 p.m., check local listings). 

“Saturday Night Live” (NBC, 11:30 p.m.) is a rerun from March, hosted by Maya Rudolph with musical guest Jack Harlow.
