It’s followed by a portrait of Buddy Guy, the Chicago blues master who turns 84 this week, on “American Masters” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings).

“The Haves and Have Nots” (OWN, 8 p.m.) is over as a series, but even it has a two part reunion episode that begins tonight to truly cap it off. Egypt Sherrod hosts. 

“The Real Housewives of New York City” (Bravo, 9 p.m.) plan a joint birthday party for Sonja and Ramona. 

The new series “Citizen P.I.” (Discovery+, streaming) showcases amateur detectives who have helped crack cases.
