The three-part documentary series “Myth & Mogul: John DeLorean” (Netflix, streaming) finds the darker side of the automobile manufacturer of the 1970s, using previously unseen footage from D.A. Pennebaker.

“Burden of Truth” (CW, 8 p.m.) returns for its fourth and final season with Kristin Kreuk taking on the case of a farm owner battling a mining conglomerate. 

Yet another spinoff of “Gold Rush” (Discovery, 8 p.m.) begins online, titled “Gold Rush: Winter’s Fortune” (Discovery+, streaming). 

“Dino Hunters” (Discovery, 9 p.m.) returns for a second season, looking for bones in the West. 

Interior designer Taylor Spellman turns unsold houses into hot properties on the new “One Week to Sell” (HGTV, 9 p.m.). 

Dog trainer Cesar Millan always said his biggest task was retraining humans. He does even more of that on his new show “Cesar Millan: Better Human Better Dog” (National Geographic, Nat Geo Wild, 9 p.m.).

Primetime action on the 2021 Tokyo Olympics (NBC, 8 p.m.) covers track & field, beach volleyball and even more swimming. 

Eve updates the old Philly row house she grew up in for her mom on “Secret Celebrity Renovation” (CBS, 8 p.m.).
