“The Flash” (CW, 8 p.m.) meets Black Lightning after the Despero incident.

A prison break from the Pittsburgh State Penitentiary is reviewed on “Great Escapes with Morgan Freeman” (History, 10 p.m.).

“Chucky” (Syfy, USA, 10 p.m.) has just been renewed for a second season.
