Capping a week when “Maus” was banned from a Tennessee school district, a documentary, “Undeniable: The Truth to Remember” (CBS, 8 p.m.) follows a group of Holocaust survivors who share their history at a Texas high school that usually doesn’t teach about the Holocaust. 

It’s Raphael Nadal vs. Daniil Medvedev in the men’s final very late tonight in the Australian Open (ESPN, 3:30 a.m.). The unvaccinated Djokovic will be watching with the rest of us. 

The concluding half of “Janet Jackson.” (A&E, 8 p.m.) concerns her post “Rhythm Nation” career, her Super Bowl debacle and the death of her brother. The first half is rerun at 10. 

From Canada comes the “Great Chocolate Showdown” (CW, 8 p.m.), a culinary int in the north, where ten bakers take on chocolate challenges before a judging panel that includes Anna Olson, Cynthia Stroud and Steve Hodge. 

Texas singer/songwriter Terry Allen hosts a new “Austin City Limits” (PBS, 11 p.m., check local listings).

Jessica Chastain did some amazing work last year, including starring in “The Eyes of Tammy Faye” (HBO, 8 p.m.), making its premium cable premiere. Andrew Garfield is no slouch, either, as Jim Bakker.
