Wealthy clients of an escort service start turning up dead on “The Blacklist” (NBC, 8 p.m.). 

On “Charmed” (CW, 8 p.m.), Mel is haunted by memories of her mysterious breakup with Ruby. 

The case of a Texas veterinarian accused of murdering a military hero is explored on “20/20” (ABC, 9 p.m.). 

On “Dynasty” (CW, 9 p.m.), Fallon and Liam work on their new plan.

Bruce Willis stars as a wanted criminal leading a team of mercenaries in the 2021 movie “Deadlock” (Showtime, 9 p.m.), making its premium cable debut.
