“Ivy & Bean” (Netflix, streaming) is a new live-action family film based on Annie Barrows’ series of children’s books. Kelsey Blalock and Madison Skye Validum play the title kids with contrasting personalities; the adult cast includes Jane Lynch, Mia Vardalos and Jesse Tyler Ferguson.
