Turner Classic Movies begins a three week Thursday night salute to the Hollywood Blacklist with a new production “High Noon on the Waterfront” (8, 10 p.m. and 12:30 a.m.) about how the blacklist affected the two classics in its title, “High Noon” (8:30 p.m.) and “On the Waterfront” (10:30 p.m.).  The 2015 “Marsha Hunt’s Sweet Adversity” (1 a.m.) about the blacklisted actress Hunt, who died last month at the age of 104 is followed by her work in “Carnegie Hall” (3 a.m.).
